I am very disappointed with the service.
I have started having problems with my kiln almost immediately as it was firing way over the recorded temperature (at 1240 if liquified an ortone cone 9). I had therefore an accident that ruined a part of the interior but not in a irreparable way. Yet when the kiln stopped reaching my desired temperature and shut off at 1200-1220 when set to reach 1280 I contacted them and got dismissed completely. I was told the mistake was mine and therefore there was no warranty yet when I opened the wire box I discovered a shaved and thinned out cable that controls the thermocouple which would explain all the issues I had. I sent pictures and videos and was NOT answered. No one, nor from this store nor from Kittec addressed the problem with the cable that HAD to be present from the start as it\'s not possible that the regular use of the kiln could have caused it. I was very happy with the pre-purchase support and help yet as soon as an issue arises the client is radicalized and ignored, against EU laws and whatnot. My kiln is not 6 months old and unusable, costumer service is still ignoring my contact requests and I cannot change the cable myself because special tools are required contrary to any other kiln on the market.
I could not fire my Christmas pieces and will not have my 2026 collection ready when planned and still have no way to use my kiln over a month after contacting help. This is just not right. I don\'t like negative reviews but these are just blatant facts.

Comment ARTIK STUDIO s.r.o.: we really regret your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, no furnace manufacturer\'s warranty covers accidents caused by glaze running into the kiln lining.
The suggested solutions from Kittec to renovate your kiln we had sent to you 24th October, we forwarded to you again.
