How to buy in the e-shop

We have written the most important recommendations related to the order of goods in our e-shop for you.

Product selection

You can choose products by browsing in individual product categories. All products are categorized in the left side menu. For easier and quicker selection in a specific sub-category, you can use filtering options according to various aspects, as well as product sorting.

You can also use a direct search of goods in the top search box.

Adding the item to the shopping basket

In the listing of products or directly in the product detail, you can add goods to your shopping basket by clicking on the „Add to basket“ button. In the case that you want to determine the goods quantity, you can do it in the product detail or directly in the basket during the ordering process. Adding goods to the basket is not binding and you can remove it anytime without having to pay for it. You can remove selected goods from the basket by clicking on the cross.

After adding the goods to the basket, you can go back to selecting other goods by clicking the „Continue shopping“ button or you can complete the purchase via the green „Proceed to checkout“ button.

If you continue to select more goods and you want to know which goods you currently have in the basket and what is its total price, move cursor to the top right „Basket“ button.

In the basket you can also find summary of transport costs for your order (products added to the basket). In the case that you are not our registered customer, you need to fill in the ZIP code of your city for displaying transport costs. 

Ordering process

1.   In the first step of the ordering process, you can see all the goods that you have added to the basket and you can change its quantity or completely remove them. You can also find the total price of the purchase there. To proceed to the next step, click on the green „I wish to order“ button.

  1.    In the second step, choose if you want to make order as already registered customer or as a new one.
  • Already registered customer – intended for registered customers. After filling in a login (e-mail) and a password, your pre-set data for delivery of goods appears and you can easily send your order through confirmation/change of this data. 
  • New unregistered customer – intended for customers who shop for the first time. These customers can order goods without registration or they can easily register after filling in personal data. The advantage is that thanks to filling the registration data at the first registration, this data does not have to be repeatedly filled at future orders. Furthermore, you have a history of your orders on your account available. 

If you are a new customer, it is necessary to fill in the most important fields and contact information without which it is impossible to complete and process the order as soon as possible. Then select the delivery and payment method that suits you best. To successfully send an order, you must agree with the Terms and Conditions and then you just click on the green „Confirm my order“ button. You can add any note or specification which can help us to meet your individual wishes and requirements related to ordered goods.

       3. In the third step, you receive a confirmation of the order, its number and you will be referred to a possibility of shipment tracking.

What happens after ordering?

  • After completing the order, you receive the confirmation e-mail including the details needed for a payment (if you have selected the „bank transfer“ method).
  • You will be informed about every step in processing of your order via e-mail. Throughout the process you have a perfect overview about what is happening with your order and when you can expect the ordered goods to be delivered.
  • Upon receipt of your shipment by the carrier, it is possible to track goods if this service is provided by the carrier.
  • In the case of personal collection, it is necessary to wait for the confirmation message which that the goods are already ready for collection at the shop.
