I couldn\'t be happier with this CB 50 PLUS kiln. The temperature is good and stable, the TC66 controller is easy to use and adequate, the vent is a good plus and the extras that came with were a nice surprise. When ordering, I wasn\'t sure if I\'d be getting what I pay for because it was a difficult website to understand with a little bit of a chaotic look. However, communication with the staff was easy, on time and very reliable. I\'m very happy with the customer service. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. And when I finally got the shipment, they brought it right to my door without me having to separately ask for it.
