The jigger arm arrived quite fast and in a great condition. Although it takes a long time to set it up properly, it can really reduce your time spent on regular wheel throwing and trimming and speed up your production. I will say that I hade to go to the store and get at least 4 new bolts for this machine. Not sure why the manufacturer would not have given the correct ones in the first place. One example was the bolts that hold the "template" that you have to make yourself, the bolt given could only hold themselves up and were too short it you want to add the template which is usually 1,5-2cm thick and absolutely necessary for the machine to work. I found this very strange but it was an easy solution to fix with just buying longer bolts. This jigger arm is very good for plates and bowls or any wide shapes, not so good for high cups of anything that is more vertical than horizontal. All in all I am very satisfied with this product and it helps me a lot in my ceramic business.
