Glazing spray booth GB 100 with water wash

The GB 100 spray booth is designed to meet the ever-increasing demands for protection of the working environment as well as the environment. The water jet works on the principle of a continuous curtain of recycled water. When spraying glazes, the glaze is directed towards this water screen, the fine aerosol is drawn off by a powerful fan, the glaze itself is captured by the water screen, while the air stream is drawn through the booth into a washable pre-filter and finally introduced into the exhaust outside the workshop. Alternatively, we can add a variant where the extraction is placed in a water container and so no connection to an external extraction is required. This solution is suitable for less intensive use for cleaning purposes. Excess glaze is washed off in the tank and can be reused later depending on the type and colour of the glaze. All glaze materials can thus be safely separated and disposed of in accordance with municipal waste regulations. The GB 100 glazing box is primarily designed for use in pottery studios and educational faculties for low-volume production.

The stand of the box is made of steel treated with a durable powder coating, the spray booth is completed with stainless steel internal parts. The pumping unit is self-priming and made of stainless steel. The spray booth is designed for use with water-based materials such as glazes. The glazing box is 230V as standard.

For an additional charge we can supply the GB 100/S version, which has a complete stainless steel construction. Larger box sizes are also available.
