Two-roller concept

The most significant advantage of this slab roller is the use of a special two-roller system, which is unique on our market and offers a number of benefits. Two robust solid rollers are firmly positioned one above the other, eliminating the possibility of deflection even under heavy loads. The ceramic material is moved by shifting the material inserted between the canvas and the rollers, which have a roughened surface (texture). In other slab roller concepts, where one roller runs on a table plate, the greatest risk is potential play in the guide bearings. This risk is eliminated in the SR-18T table rolling mill thanks to its two-roller design concept.

Slab thickness settings

The thickness indicator is practical, allowing for fine, stepless adjustment and precise control of the slab thickness. Both sides are set to the same roller height using the adjustment wheels on each side. A large control handle and robust covered gear transmission ensure easy power transfer to the rolled slab in both directions.

Package

The device is delivered unassembled in a single box for safe transport, together with clear assembly and operating instructions. Assembly usually takes about 15 minutes. For frequent use or when using multiple colors of ceramic clay, we recommend ordering an additional set of canvases in case replacement is necessary.
