Tile cutter stainless steel, circle cca. 15 cm

The cutter is an ideal complement to the rolling mill. It is a good tool for modelling from sheets, also in workshops where the lecturer prepares semi-finished products in advance for the participants. Our die-cutters are robustly constructed, using a system that prevents the extrusion plate from jamming on the edge of the die-cutter. The cutters are made of high quality stainless steel, while the extrusion plate is made of hardened plastic. The stainless steel material was also chosen in the design of this product because of its narrow die-cutting wall (only 0.9mm!), which minimally deforms the die-cut sheet. At the same time, all parts of the die-cutters resist corrosion excellently. Achieving the final cut-out dimension depends on the material used or its shrinkage during drying and firing. The dimensions of our cutters take into account the usual shrinkage (e.g. the wheel has a diameter of 11.9 cm, after firing, depending on the shrinkage of the material, a dimension of around 10 cm is achieved). The maximum height of the cut-out is approx. 18 mm.
