Kittec ceramic kilns CB series

KITTEC CLASSIC-LINE kilns are produced in small batches and offer an excellent price/performance ratio. This series is a reworking of the highly successful CB series, which Kittec was one of the first in Europe to launch a hatch kiln design in 1979.

KITTEC ceramic kilns of the CB series are designed for regular use. They leave the factory after careful design, installation and inspection - which the inspector always guarantees with his signature on the quality seal during the exit inspection. We provide a 36-month warranty on the kilns, excluding the heating coils as standard.

Standard design

Heating elements protected in grooves,heating all around
Double-layer insulation made of lightweight refractory bricks + Superwool insulation (without ceramic fibres)
ESP energy-saving package at extra cost for lower possible energy consumption
Thermocouple mounted in the furnace wall for protection
Gas lid damper (from model CB 70)
Optional transport castors (two braked) for easy movement of the furnace
Lid sealed without adhesive
Switching by contactors
Optional relay switching (quieter operation, long service life)
Manual air vent in the bottom of the furnace at extra cost.

Top-loading ceramic furnaces Kittec ECO series

Kittec offers the new ECO model range as a response to the demands of customers and the market of today. ECO ceramic furnaces suit smaller financial budgets and yet still offer the expected quality. The ECO range comes with the usual Studio Line workmanship, but with a one-piece body (these models cannot be enlarged by inserting a spacer ring like selected CB range models), they can make do with less material.
